【2023 Taoyuan Landscape Art Festival】Volunteer Guide Recruitment Event
The 2023 Taoyuan Landscape Art Festival is set to take place in August! We invite all friends to join us in this urban art extravaganza and together explore the unique charm of Taoyuan.
As a volunteer guide partner, you will have the opportunity to be on the front lines of the art festival, understanding the creation of landscape art and introducing the stories happening in this land to visitors.
Whether you have a passion for art, enjoy sharing and conveying beauty, or wish to create more experiences, the Taoyuan Landscape Art Festival warmly welcomes you to become part of our team!

Paper registration: Please visit the offices of Chungcheng, Shanglin, Longtan, Longxing, and Zhongshan Li in Longtan District, Taoyuan to obtain and complete the paper registration form. Submit the form to the respective office.

Review Process:
Interview: After successfully receiving the registration forms, the organizers will conduct a review. Shortlisted candidates will be notified for an interview before 5th July via email or SMS. The interviews will be held on 8th July (Saturday) and 9th July (Sunday), with the venue to be announced later.
Final selection announcement: The list of accepted volunteers will be published on the official website and official Facebook page before 12th July (Wednesday). Acceptance notices will also be sent via email and SMS.
Job Description:
Duty period: From 4th August (Friday) to 20th August (Sunday) 2023.
Pre-service training: Volunteer guides are required to participate in three service and tour courses, each lasting 2 hours, totaling 6 hours.
Job Responsibilities:
Scheduled and designated guided tours: Conduct scheduled guided tours at assigned exhibition areas. Weekdays' tour times are tentatively set at 11:00 and 15:00, and weekends' at 11:00, 15:00, and 17:00.
Reservation-based guided tours: Provide on-the-spot arrangements during the service period.
Assist in observing the surroundings and report any issues promptly.
Provide information and assistance to the public.
Provide temporary support during the event.
Maintain communication with the command center and report any issues regarding exhibit maintenance.
Volunteer Benefits:
Insurance coverage and meal provisions (lunch or dinner) during the Landscape Art Festival.
Commemorative uniform and cap for this edition of the Landscape Art Festival.
Volunteer service hours will be provided after the event.
