Everything goes well with a happy mood, so does learning. We all have the experience of learning to ride a bike, in which we try to find a balancing point during one after another trial, that is, the happy mood. In the 2021+ Taoyuan Land Art Festival, the artist also wants deliver the vocabulary of a happy city, "happy mood," to remind all the spectators to slow down in this urban oasis and enjoy the beauty of LOHAS (Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability).
