Ripple

Ripple

By using red bricks and adobes, this work presents a large-scale image of ripples. It attempts to express the changes in the living culture related to the ponds of Taoyuan, which resulted in local history, culture, and the ecosystem. The artist also invited local residents to carve ripples on its work, representing the imprinting of nature, and life on the bricks, Together, they make the patterns an important feature of his work.
